W850i Sim card trouble!??

..Does anyone else have this trouble??

I cant seem to get the sim card out!?? I want to change networks, but it seems the phone doesnt!

....my whole family has had ago....no luck?

Does anyone know how to get it out??

sorry i don't have an answer but i also have the same problem with mine i think maybe you should take it into the shop that you got it from before you throw it in a rage and smash it into a thousand bits.
