SIM card disabled T-Mobile?

I have a V360 phone with T-Mobile service and I accidentally put the SIM1 lock on my SIM card and I tried guessing the password and now it says SIM disabled and I can''t do anything with my phone I called the provider and the person said that I might have to buy a new SIM card because I might have damaged it and messed it up and I can't tell my dad because he'll be REALLY mad

If there is any solution to this problem without buying a new card, going to the store, or anything that I have to tell my parents for PLEASE tell me!!!!!!!!

But if I HAVE to get a new card, will my phone number change?? And how much do they cost at the store??SIM card disabled T-Mobile?
As part of one of SIM card's security features, the card is permanently locked and can not ever be used again. Yes you will have to buy a new one at the store or another place that sells T-mobile SIM cards. You can get one really cheap at ebay, sometimes even less then five dollars. I locked my SIM card. It's good for nothing now. Click the source link below to view possible ways to buy your new card. Your phone number will NOT change. You will just need to contact T-mobile to activate the new card.SIM card disabled T-Mobile?
Sim cards usually run around $20.00 and no your number won't change. If the accounts in your dads name he will need to call up T mobile and give them the new SIM card number which usually starts with 8901 followed by 15 more numbers. Goto any T mobile dealer and tell them you need a NEW SIM card. Buy it and call T Mobile and youre done.
