How can I get a new sim card without me being the person in charge of the plan?

My AT%26amp;T Sim card got blocked and I probably have to get a new one but my aunt is the one in charge of the plan and everything. she is like in charge of my family cell phone plan so how can I change this without her??How can I get a new sim card without me being the person in charge of the plan?

Helps if you have the account password... but you shouldn't have problems being its ONLY a sim card.. If they NEED a password, they can just call her to verify its ok :)
