I need to insert an AT&T sim card into a Sprint cell phone is this possible?

Okay so I have the Samsung Magnet. Pretty crappy phone. My friend got me his old blackberry. He is with Sprint can I put my sim in it and have it work? Oh and this is legal right? Then it says the number on the phone is his number how do i change it to my number. It still calls as my number but on the phone in the %26quot;my number%26quot; section says its his numberI need to insert an AT%26amp;T sim card into a Sprint cell phone is this possible?

I don't think so. The sprint phone I have doesn't even use sim cards, it stores information onto the actual phone. As far as legality goes, I don't think the cops will come busting down you're doors and screaming, %26quot;GET HIM, HE SWITCHED PHONES!%26quot; and then promptly arrest you on the spot. Just get a hacked one of eBay or something.
