Sidekick 2 sim card?

i have a sidekick 2, and just out of nowhere it decided to hate me and not work. the phone works and everything, but when i turn it on it says %26quot;SIM%26quot; up in the top where it normally give you service bars and whatever. but i tried taking my sim card out and nothing changed. anyone know what's wrong or how i can fix it? i haaate tmobile right about now.Sidekick 2 sim card?

I've got the same phone although with a different service provider because I'm in Australia.

But the same thing happens to me,

Its usually after I go to 'Aeroplane Mode' and turn the wireless setting off.

And then when I go to turn it back on, the error message of 'SIM' will just be in the top right hand corner.

It stays there until the reception is good, and the service has been found and then it will ask you to type in your sim pin.



So two things I suggest you do;

- turn wireless off, then back on again.

- try changing your sim pin.
