IPhone..and.. Fido?

I live in Canada and I am planning on getting an iPhone 16GB (prepaid). Since the network doesn't work in Canada, I am planning on changing the sim card to Fido. If I change the sim card, will the rates be from Fido? Also is it even possible to change the sim card to Fido and if it is, will the iPhone still function properly?

About how much are the rates if I use the Fido sim card?

How much is a Fido sim card?

Anything else I should know?

Thank you.IPhone..and.. Fido?
I presume u will buy ur iphone from the US... in that case your iphone needs to be unlocked first in order to use other gsm carriers as the US version is locked to AT%26amp;T.

Whatever cellphone sim card you put into your phone, you will be charged by that company. There are a whole bunch of iphone unlocking hacks out there, and ever itunes update Apple tries to render ur phone unfunctionable, so can't upgrade ur itunes until someone comes up with a hack for the latest version. currently its 1.1.3

check gizmodo.com + engadget.com for iphone hack news...
