you need to get the cingular phone unlocked. if it's a nokia you might be able to find a free unlock code online. some phones require a data hookup and whatnot to get unlocked so you'd have to find someone who has that equipment and can unlock it. Authorized cell phone dealers and some accessory carts/kiosks/stores do this too. At the very least they should be able to point you in the direction of someone who can do it. Don't play around putting random pins in.

If i have a tmobile phone and want to change it to a cingular phone how do i unlock the sim card pin?
I have a tmobile phone and i want to switch it to an old cingular phone i have. If i put the tmobile sim card in the cingular phone, it asks for a pin.
