I am having trouble removing the battery cover on the back.

There is a certain way to do it. I can't post the link to show you the pictures. Go to AT%26amp;T's cell phone web site %26amp; click support.Then click %26quot;phone %26amp; devices%26quot; and select your phone or you can choose %26quot;not my device?%26quot;. Then after that go to the tutorials. Under category select getting started. Select tutorial insert/remove SIM card. There you will see a picture of how to take off the cover.
