How do I save my entire contact list to the SIM card?

I have a Sony Ericsson Z520A who's screen is 3/4 white so I can't read anything. I have another phone that I can change the SIM card to, but I want to make sure I don't lose any information. Can someone give me pretty detailed directions as to how to get to the menu item where I can save everything at once? I know the option is there, but I can't read enough of the screen to see if I'm in the right spot. I need it detailed such as %26quot;Select the third line down%26quot; ect ect.
