How Do You Change The SIM card in the LGUX245?????

I found an old cellphone (not that old but weve had it bt no one uses/used it and i want to put me simcard into it that way i still have the same and i would have the same plan and all but dont have to pay to change the ohone (my old phone is an go-phone)How Do You Change The SIM card in the LGUX245?????
You can't use a sim card in this one. It's a CDMA phone that was sold thru U.S. Cellular. Only GSM uses sim cards so that LG UX245 is useless unless you go back to U.S. Cellular.
