I bought a T-mobile to go sim card on ebay.

You would have to have it done by the provider. Call them and ask for them to change it. If they wont then I would contact the seller on ebay and ask for your money backHow to change T-mobile to go sim card area code?
You can go to the t mobile or cingular shop or get it manufactured from one of them and they can reprogram it bak.
