The Fido phone has to be UNLOCKED. Many phones are carrier branded, and will only work with that carrier. If you buy an unlocked phone, you can use it with any carrier.



ALSO; make sure that the phone works on the same bands as Rogers(There are four bands; 850, 900, 1800, 1900)



You can call Rogers and ask what bands your on, then look at the phone(it should say what bands it supports)
