How Can I change my corporate Verizon connection to get a T-Mobile SIM card?

I have a Verizon corporate phone and I would like to get a SIM Card. As of now, since Verizon does not provide SIM card, I am looking for a T-mobile SIM card. Would like to know how that can be worked out?How Can I change my corporate Verizon connection to get a T-Mobile SIM card?
