How do I get the names on my SIM card to show on my new Phone?

I just upgraded from a Nokia 3595 to a 6010. (I know, a little behind the times). I got this phone from ebay. It works great except that it does not recognize the data on my SIM card. I changed the contact settings to look at the SIM card and nothing shows up. I even check the available space on the card and it says that I have all 250 numbers left. When I put the card back in my old phone the numbers are there. Any thoughts on how to resolve this?



My SP is Cingular. I am using the 64K SmartChip.How do I get the names on my SIM card to show on my new Phone?
copy all numbers to the old phone memory then copy them back to the card over-writing the numbers... then try the card on the new phone...

Waite.... before you do the above.. try to tell the new phone to copy all numbers from the sim card... it might work...How do I get the names on my SIM card to show on my new Phone?
