I lost my newest cell phone a few days back. I still have my old one...Is there any way to reactivate it without my dad knowing and without changing the sim card?
Thank you!How to reactivate old version cell phone?
You didn't clarify what service you use..And I'm pretty sure that with AT%26amp;T and any other service that uses SIM cards, you'd have to get a new one. I'm pretty sure Verizon doesn't use SIM cards. Either way, you'll need to activate the old phone, and with most phone companies the original account holder has to call to make any changes to the account (I'm guessing your dad is the account holder.) So, one way or another he's probably going to find out :(How to reactivate old version cell phone?
Verizon phones don't have sim cards. What you would do is go to verizon web site %26amp; click support page. Then under phone/devices click activate phone. You'll need to sign into your dad's account. Maybe just tell him you want to get pictures off your old phone %26amp; transfer them to your new phone. You need to activate the old one. Then he'll sign you on and you can switch it yourself.
